1. Eligibility & Use of Services

2. SMS Messaging Program Overview

When you opt in through our web form, text-based opt-in, or other written consent, you authorize Primeway Dispatch LLC to send automated text messages related to:

• Dispatch onboarding and account support
• Load opportunities, rate updates, and scheduling alerts
• Service announcements, operational notices, and (where applicable) marketing messages
• Support communications and other operational updates

Message frequency varies based on program activity. Typical message volume is approximately 4-8 messages per month, but may increase during active dispatch coordination.

3. Consent & Opt-In Methods

Your consent must be explicit. You can provide it by checking an opt-in box on our website, submitting your number through a "Text us" form, or by replying YES to an SMS opt-in request. Consent is never assumed or pre-checked.

• By entering your number, you confirm you are the subscriber or have permission from the subscriber and that you are authorized to receive messages at that number
• By providing consent, you agree that SMS messages may be sent for operational purposes related to the Services
• In some cases, consent may also be provided using an SMS keyword or written authorization, where offered

4. Opt-Out & Support

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us by email or phone using the details below. A final confirmation text may be sent after opt-out.

You may rejoin SMS communication at any time by opting in again.

5. Costs & Carrier Disclosures

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network performance and technical capabilities.

6. Privacy & Data Use

We collect and store your phone number and SMS consent solely to deliver the messages you requested. We do not share, sell, rent, trade, or transfer phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties, affiliates, marketing partners, or external organizations.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse or interfere with our SMS program, attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts, or use another person's information without permission. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law or the Services. We will post revised Terms with an updated effective date and may provide additional notice for significant updates. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
